Hari Bhavsar

I recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, where I was a member of the CASPER research group.

My research interests lie in computer architecture, particularly cache hierarchy design and the interaction between performance and security. I am interested in understanding how caches can improve processor performance while also introducing new security challenges.

My work spans both sides of this problem. On the security side, I have studied conflict- and capacity-based cache side-channel attacks. On the performance side, I investigate cache hierarchy design for graph workloads and other domain-specific applications.

Outside research, I enjoy cycling and cooking. While living in Mumbai, I have cycled from Borivali to Churchgate and from Versova to Vikhroli.
